Valve-applying installation "Bestrom-100"
is designed for applyingc safety valves on bags
filled with a product in order to reduce air pressure
inside a product-filled bag to keep it intact.
Besides, a valve excludes air penetration into
a bag. A valve-applying installation works in
combination with packaging machines or can be
used as a separate machine.
An applicator consists of the following groups:
- an application head
- a frame
- assembled arm
- pneumatics "Pneumax"
- oil reservoir

Labeling machine "Bestrom-230.80"
is intended for putting labels on bags with a
product working in combination with a
vertical packaging machine. A label is stuck
to film moving in a forming tube zone of a packaging
machine. A machine can be equipped with a device
coordinating labeling speed with the speed of
film transport in a packaging machine.
A labeling machine consists of the following
main groups:
- a labeling head ALS-230
- a frame
- a dispenser
- a group of rollers
- label sensor group
- label clamping group
