Bestrom-120

"Bestrom-120" flow-pack machine is intended for wrapping piece products such as loaves of bread, chokolate bars, waffles, cookies, ice-cream, soap, water filters and others.

"Bestrom-120" has three independent servo-drives, which ensure its reliability and high efficiency. It has a wide range of a adjustments, a function "No product - No bag", which helps to save film in case of unstable film supply and a possibility of quick adjustments from one type of products to another type.

A basic machine consists of the following groups:

• a horizontal in-feed conveyor, length 1.5 m
• a film roll holder regulating film position
• a graphic touch screen and logic controller "OMRON" for machine operation and communication with an operator
• two or three sets of film wheels
• a main drive with electronic speed regulation
• one regulated bag-forming device
• a discharge conveyor, length 1 m
