An automatic vertical packaging machine “Bestrom-350P” is intended for packing granular products such as cereals, nuts, flour, milk powder, sugar, sweets, chips, pelmeni, etc.
A basic machine consists of the following groups:
- a steel frame resistant to vibration
- an electric-pneumatic drive
- a device for unwinding a film roll
- a device for quick splicing of a new film roll with the end of the previous film roll
- a device for automatic stop of the machine at the end of a film roll
- a bag length regulator
- film transport with two belts
- drive units for vertical and horizontal movement of sealing jaws
- a system for cooling a vertical seal
- frequency regulator for smooth regulation of the speed
- a screen and PLC (OMRON) to control operation and communicate with an operator
- pneumatics (FESTO)
