Machines for packing granular and paste products into ready
containers |

|
Semi-automatic machines for packing
into ready containers are intended for granular and paste
products such as mayonnaise, sweets, tea, coffee, drop-sticks
and others. Containers of different sizes are made of carton,
plastic and other materials.
A complex consists of a dosing unit
on a platform and a working table with a vibration unit and
a control board. A dosing unit depends on a packed product.
Principle of operation:
An operator places an empty container
under a funnel and pushes the button “Start” on a control
board. A container is clamped automatically and a dosing unit
dumps a dosed product. A vibration unit is switched on for
more compact filling. Upon finishing a cycle, a container
clamp is switched off and a lamp gets lighted signaling about
the end of filling.
Technical specification fully depends
on a type of a dosing unit and
a product.
