"Multipond" multihead |

A multihead is intended for dosing piece
products such as sweets, short cut macaroni, nuts, cookies, chips,
frozen foodstuffs, etc.
Description:
Depending on required productivity a combination
weigher consists of 10, 14, 16, 20 and more weighing heads. During
a fraction of a second a powerful computer AUTOPOND Ò EP4.1 calculates
portions to be weighed by individual weighing heads to reach a required
target weight and to make a simultaneous dump of selected portions
into a packaging machine which is synchronized with the operation
of a multihead.
The use of a principle of "portion
weighing and calculation" for dosing granular products makes
it possible to get a target weight with less error compared with
weighing by pieces.
Multipond multiheads can weigh simultaneously
up to six different components, each having its individual target
weight to ensure high accuracy of dosing a final pack with a product.
Besides, it is possible to get a set quantity of weighed products.
