Specially designed to make transit packs
for easy handling operations without extra laborforce. It collates
automatically packs into blocks and wraps them with shrink film
and then the pack travels into a shrink tunnel.
A basic sleeve-wrapper consists of
the following groups:
- a steel frame resistant to vibration
- entry, intermediate and exit conveyors
- a sealing group
- a frequency regulator for smooth conveyor
speed regulation
- a controller for machine operation control
- pneumatic equipment
- a film transport system
