Sleeve wrapper for long packs Rochman SVAL |

Designed to produce tough transit packs
for easy and quick transport and handling without additional labor
force. Principle of operation: Individual packs are collated into
blocks which are wrapped with film creating a sleeve around a pack.
Then the pack travels into a shrink tunnel and a very strong pack
is produced.
A basic sleeve-wrapper consists of
the following groups:
- a steel frame resistant to vibration
- a longer entry conveyor
- an exit conveyor
- a sealing group
- a frequency regulator for smooth conveyor
speed regulation
- a controller for machine operation control
- pneumatic equipment
- a film transport system
