can be easily dismantled for cleaning without tools.

Product supply:
Product is distributed through a main
vibrator to vibratory feed pans which are arranged in a circle.
Product supply is controlled by a
level sensor.
A vibrator of linear feed pans can
be individually regulated on a control panel through a digital
amplitude adjustment.
Feed and weigh buckets:
Stainless steel buckets with rectangular
corners.
Quick, tool-free removing for cleaning.
Weigh buckets supply product to collating
chutes.
Collating chutes:
Made of stainless steel in split execution
take over the dumped product and supply it to a collating
funnel. The split execution with side edges prevents product
rotation.
Driving:
Programmable openings and closures
are controlled by stepping motors. A sturdy step motor ensures
reliable repetition accuracy and quiet mechanical operation.
Weigh cell:
High precision strain gauge cells
with temperature compensation from –10° C to +40°C specially
designed by YAMATO.
Highly stable weigh cells have end
bearings to protect them from overstrain.
Therefore it is not necessary to re-calibrate
weigh cells which means that “Span” calibration is required
only at the initial commissioning of the equipment. Zero-calibration
takes place automatically during operating procedure.
Control:
The user-friendly designed compact
controller RCU 700 provides simple operation with integrated
functions.
Up to 50 programs can be stored.
The control unit calculates the average
and the standard deviation in conformity with the valid regulations.
The average will be automatically
adjusted to the nominal weight and regulated. The minimum
and maximum weight limits can be freely chosen and input.
Standard functions:
Zero-calibration of each weigh cell
with programmable setting of intervals.
The time for a delayed dump from several
weigh buckets can be programmed. This prevents bridge-building
in the forming tube of a packaging machine.
Automatic control of the product feeding
for each linear feed pan.
Multi-dump function to achieve higher
target weights or target volumes.
All access areas are protected by
passwords preventing unauthorized access to relevant program
and system settings.
